The Journey Between Science and the Soul
My life and work represent a continuous harmony between two seemingly distinct spheres: the analytical precision of medical science and the boundless emotional depth of the human spirit.
Holding a Master of Science in Medical Microbiology, my path underwent a profound transformation in 2012. Guided by an innate intuition and a heartfelt calling toward children, I completed a specialized Train the Trainer course and immersed myself in Early Childhood Development (ECD). Over the years, this dedication has blossomed into institutional leadership, where I currently serve as the Principal of Young Hearts Boarding High School in Gokarneshwor, Kathmandu—devoting each day to nurturing inquisitive minds, supporting faculty, and cultivating an environment where empathy and knowledge flourish side by side.
“Kindness is the universal language that unites our world. When analytical rigor is softened by empathy, and personal devotion is grounded in faith, we uncover the true resilience of the human soul.”
An Open Sanctuary for Words
This blog is an open sanctuary where my observations on education, life, scientific understanding, and literature converge. I write to articulate the shared human condition—tracing our subtle emotional undercurrents, our quiet triumphs, our inevitable moments of defeat, and the intricate web of societal expectations that define our daily lives.
While several of my social, educational, and scientific writings have found homes in published periodicals, this space is reserved for my personal reflections, unpublished essays, and poetry exploring themes of altruism, maternal bonds, resilience, and compassionate leadership.
Ongoing Projects & Manuscripts
Radha, Rukmini Ra Meera (राधा, रुक्मिणी र मीरा)
A Philosophical Exploration of Womanhood, Love & Devotion
This manuscript navigates three emblematic stages of feminine devotion. It opens with the ecstatic, fairy-tale innocence of romance embodied by Radha; transitions into the selfless duty, responsibility, and societal negotiations demanded by the institution of marriage as Rukmini; and ascends to the unconditional devotion of Meera, who refuses to abandon her sacred faith in love even when unreciprocated.

Everyday Observations & Social Commentary from Public Transit
Rooted in the pulse of urban Kathmandu, this work captures raw, unfiltered observations gathered during daily commutes on local public buses and microbuses. It celebrates the unsung dignity of ordinary commuters, momentary encounters, overheard struggles, and the subtle humor shared among strangers bound together on common routes.
The Healer's Journal
Reflections on Human Vulnerability & Emotional Resilience
Bridging observational inquiry with emotional introspection, this collection examines the heart when tested by life’s storms and unexpected thunders. It explores themes of healing, grief, mental endurance, and the quiet altruism of caregivers and educators who anchor others amidst turmoil.
At the foundation of everything I do is an enduring reverence for human relationships. I believe unreservedly that empathy, kindness, and mutual dignity are the quiet bridges that unite our world.
Whether designing forward-looking learning models for our students, penning thoughts on a crowded morning bus, or dissecting a scientific question, my purpose remains steadfast: to celebrate the human experience and build lasting bonds of understanding.
